There was a thread about this just a few days ago with several replies.

It normally happens to mine when I'm wrapping down hill, when the ground is slick, or when the bales aren't very square and the wrap has to make up for the edge size difference. If I get the wrapper brake set tight on a dry tire to get the bales shoved together good and tight with good square corners of the same size it very rarely shows up.
