Sw. Ill
Modern streaming works more like a library you pick a book you want and read it (or in this case watch it). It's not like conventional cable or satellite that the channels dictate what programs you see. It's a totally different way to watch entertainment and it works well however if you try to make it work like conventional cable or satellite by buying packages and individual channels you will eventually be paying close to what you were before. We have Netflix and prime and if there's a tv series I want to watch but dont have I just buy it on prime. You can get a whole season of yellowstone for like $15 and you own it then vs paying monthly for the parmount channel that I have no interest in watching anything but yellowstone anyway.

The days of "prime time" tv are over, streaming allows us to watch what we want when we want

We've been doing this for 5 years now and have never felt the urge to buy cable or dish. Good rittance
