heifers can swing 14 days easily. Great if it is 14 days early, not so much fun if it has been cooking an extra 2wks in the cold weather getting extra blood flow.

Since mothersday was May 10 2020 your first was due Feb 10th + or - 10-14 days. Personally I'd have been getting pretty excited about Feb 5. Your bull bred could start any day now.



As for buying them you NEVER take "when they were bred to calve by" as the answer. You only take the in-service date and subtract 3 months, it is that easy. I'll keep saying it and the clueless will keep saying they had calves 2wks early because their fancy gestation table said so.
