NW Iowa | We were in South Texas when the ****e hit the fan. When the gas lines started I commented how the price did not go up, in fact it went down a penny a day after the lines started. I did not see price gouging anywhere, restaurants, hotels all stayed current. I think I have more experience driving on bad roads than Texans, but youall were careful and courteous and for the most part kept your distance. We’ll be back sometime because Iowas values seem to be the same in Texas and I don’t see that everywhere I go. | |
