Nothing gets built without a retention pond anymore, it’s usually the first thing they build on construction sites these days.
I agree though, farms get watched carefully while homeowners dump 600 lbs of “Weed & Feed” on the little 1000 sq ft lawn they think is an acre and the AutoZone parking lot looks like the Exxon Valdez took a dump on it. Lol | |
