Mazon, IL | I started making cheese just to be another hobby. Never made mozzarella. I jumped right into the more “difficult” cheeses. None are that difficult if you can follow instructions and have patience. Some will take all day in the kitchen.
To cut down on investment cost I made my own press and converted an old upright freezer into a cave.
