Pittsburg, Kansas | Mark said he might be available for Friday or Saturday and Dave said he would be free later this week so maybe we could plan something for Friday.
I don't have any idea how far we will make it tomorrow but I found a parking access to the trail system and maybe at least we can find a good route to the main trail. Looks like there are two main trails accross the road south of Quartzite. One looks really twisty so maybe follows mountains then another looks like follows the river. Then they combine quite a ways south before the Red Cloud mine.
Will check it out and see if it is something worthwhile. | |
