Actually I do not think that the interest rate will go down any more. Staying the same may become the norm.
I saw the long term intest (10 or 30 yr) was a up a little, yesterday.
I wonder what the future (next 2 years) of interest is going to be. I don't think that interest rates can go as high as the 70s and 80s but a little higher like 4-5% might be feasible.
