Im not saying it is the problem, but stray voltage is a nasty thing.
Have been in a barn where 1 stall is kept empty because every cow that had ever been in it got sick within a few days and usually didnt make it, rest were fine.
Just watch the rest of the calves..... if they start having swollen joints and just acting goofy....it could be a possibility.
