God's Country (N.C. Ia) | He said 12 under the board. He’s always very conservative with his numbers. Told me he was figuring 40/hd for vet, and 7% deathloss, so Id be almost certain he’s got a yardage price, along with interest, etc.
Edit to add: I think the purchase price was like 1.10, or 1.20. Sorry I can’t be more specific, but I kinda missed it because of the high emotions at the time! Lol
