It's ice here.
Prob 4". And our roads can't be plowed. State had the reflectors that glue on and stick up.
Besides, the ice is stuck to the roads.
The bigger issue is that we just aren't prepared for sustained cold. Drop to 20 for a day or two. But not prolonged. In contrast, It'd be like the upper Midwest with 105 deg heat and 70% humidity. In august.
