South Georgia | I haven't started using it yet, but Google Forms might work well for this. I suspect that there are freelance folks out there who could setup what you need at an hourly rate.
I agree with others, that using display is best, but lack of conveniences there (speaking about Deere) frustrates me. It should remember things, like units of measure (floz/acre, pounds/acre, ect.) from the last time you used the same product, and even suggest a default rate. | |
