I had a college professor that was good with Microsoft access but I didn’t really get the hang of it and was very time consuming. Trimble had/has a program that I learned to hate in college as well. I put a John Deere liquid rate controller in my sprayer for the sole reason of record keeping. It’s by far the fastest way to get the info but you would still need to add up chemical cost.
