We are not getting $100/acre FSA payment in 21'. Most of the PPP stuff was early in 20' although a new round is available. Doubt rents go down but not expecting a 20% increase either, unless prices go substantially higher.
I got $119 acre from FSA for all payments in 20. looks like 21 FSA payments will be around $25 acre. I would be plugging in @ this point 10% rent increase for 2022. |
