Ahhh - so I was preaching to the choir? You already know how temperamental AV can be. I had to google ProPresenter and OBS - so that tells you I don't have any detailed direct experience outside of our systems. For that matter, just the audio part is as much art as science. Some of the techs that worked for the company we used moonlighted as Christian rock musicians. So they were great for setting up mics, speakers, processors and getting it all to work without feedback, delays, echos, hums, etc.
