Moreauville LA
I have seen near ZERO minority operations succeed. It is not skin color: It is lack of initiative spurred on by knowing they can fail and get paid for it. Just how it is.

Historically speaking, the majority of black farms were in the south and they failed. I believe that if the government begins this property deal to get them going again that they need to get into an area that is more forgiving in growing conditions: Like the midwest.

We get pointed out here in the south that we are so racist, but have been exposed to how these situations have evolved and been mismanaged, so perhaps getting them "resettled" in a new area would be more conducive to the minority's success. Maybe we are just more educated in how these minorities have NOT done their part to be successful and historically speaking, it won't work, again. But it is all feel good at the expense of others: Successful farmers and taxpayers. And the one's receiving this benefit are not paying taxes.

Therefore, for those of you that are so much in favor of this, please elaborate how open you would be to this happening in your neighborhood?????
