I see where the 120% figure came in. The extra 20% was to cover the taxes on the 100% forgiven. This will end up in many lawsuits and can you imagine if your neighbor got it and you are with a bank and you still have to pay yours, will make things interesting to say the least. I can't think of anything better to put out there to divide the people in your area.
