East Central, Nebraska | no that is mostly untrue, all unlocks are in the receiver. the fm1000 receiver is in the display and the antenna is on the roof, you wont need to use that one therfor it does not need unlocked. the 372 receiver and antenna is in the 372, that is the one you're using so that one is unlocked. i do not know the details of importing external gps into the fm1000 but i am certain what i say is true on the gps unlock side. as far as cnh and trimble, they are all trimble. there are trimble branded 372s as well as cnh branded ones also, just like there is trimble and cnh branded fmx/fm1000s. trimble makes them all and just puts different names on them. if one wanted to get real particular, agco now has agco branded trimble devices.
