ottertail co mn		I did this with a farm I bought as an investment. I called it the rock farm.
Made good money on it and now my line of credit is bare minimum.

I have a couple farms that I have bought to own a lifetime, if it works out great. If not oh well....

I am now in a position to buy a farm that I really want if it came for sale, 5 years ago I wasn’t...
