| I bought a farm a few months ago that is leased back to the former owner with an option for him to repurchase. The purchase price is below the appraisal by quite a bit. I end up with 9% return on my $ or a farm about 25% below the market. I'm okay either way. The former owner has three years to right his financial ship. Seems like a win-win.
It is an option if cash flow is inadequate. | |
