2001! Yep, going on 20 years....believe it or not. Slick Willie was the last President to balance the budget and I think both the senate and house were Republican led during that time
The Slick Willie that was President 20 years ago would be standing to the right of most R's now and wouldn't even be able to see his own party anymore.
