Definitely some type of inflation hedge, wouldn’t want to put all in farmland basket but diversify. Electric cars and fake meat are a long term concern. I still like farmland but just clouds kinda hanging there. Fry, you are in perfect position, ask kids what is hot and exciting and do some investing that way. They are in on a trend long before we have any idea it existed.
