West Lafayette IN | All of ours are one week minimum. You will find some complexes with a 3 day minimum. They generate more revenue, but you get bachelor parties and folks that won’t respect your property. You can also find condo complexes with a one month minimum. Those folks will take great care of your property, but it won’t generate the big bucks because nobody want to rent for a month in August. One week is the “Sweet Spot”
