Central IL
When planting you should always set your overlap to Minimize Skips. This way the entire section would need to be outside the boundary to shut off. Also we like to shut off the Swath Control on the outside pass just incase the machine does go outside the boundary or if the boundary comes inside the field. Another reason for shutting off Swath Control is when you back into the corner and the machine thinks you are going backward when you start planting the Swath Control will shut off the planter as the display switches back to forward direction.
