Hooker Twp,Ne | Is the 40 acres a separate farm # and is it signed up for arc or PLC already. Believe the program follows the farm. The same as if you would sell it. If the 40 acres is part of farm # already it should stay as such and your neighbor will have a percentage of that farm number. He will not have a say on the 40 acres as far as choose of arc/ PLC on those acres but those acres will receive payment as per the individual that has controlling interests in acres. | |
