I've ran my two pumps off the FIQ harness for 4 years without any problems.  That circuit has a 40 amp fuse at the battery and in my situation I'm not running anything else on the FIQ circuit.  The rest of the planter runs Precision gear.  Doing this cleaned up the wiring quite a bit for the starter fertilizer.
