Yes it can be done. You need row flow with a gen 1 or 2 20/20.
It will require a hydraulic pressure sensor in the motor circuit and an encoder for RPM. You can add a liquid pressure sensor and a flow meter to your RUMS for liquid monitoring. Have done it that way until we upgraded to a 24 row and now use a centrifugal pump and flow meter to get section control for fert with a 2050 trimble display.
