SESD
I would find good used take off tires, I got mine for 125 a piece from my local Goodyear dealer. For the rims, I ordered mine from Unverferth, cant remember if a 1240 has 8 or 10 bolt rims but they already made the centers for an 8 bolt 22.5 rim. I got rims a size wider than they stocked. I paid around 1200 for the rims and then 500 for the tires, tire guy threw in mounting for free. Probably the best thing Ive done for a planter besides switching to Case.

ETA: double check your rim back spacing, I found they werent quite centered so I had the new ones centered better.
