Wanna send it to NY? I've put thousands of loads through one. Like others said, they don't like tightly packed bedding or dryer material. We broke apart the bedding pack material and mixed with softer manure. Nothing had a more even spread pattern for all types otlf manure. Watch for rocks, doesn't take much and you're changing those cast iron paddles.
I tried it out today, and it really worked well. So, no NY trip in its near future!
I did what you said and mixed liquid slop with the cornstalk pack bedding, and I had no problems. It had a really nice spread pattern.
I spread three loads and thought I had life all figured out, and when closing the trap door, I blew a hose. So tomorrow it goes in the shop for all new hoses now that it's a keeper.
