Greensboro North Carolina | We had one years ago if it has a lot of hay or long bedding in it you should be able leave auger down while loading as you start spreading leave it down till it’s slows down putting a lot out raise it and let it break up what’s bridged then slowly ease the auger back down all the way it won’t feed forward good with the auger raised or at least ours didn’t. And make sure you have a good supply of shear bolts for the side beater and the ones on big auger I can’t remember for sure on that one but I’m thinking they are different size ones for discharge than for auger |
