Would the tire shop be liable if she had to drive on a low tire and it caused an accident because they failed to put air in it? Or the tire was damaged and later blew out because it was damaged because they did not put air in it. I can also understand them not putting air in a 10 yr old tire. What was the condition of the spare? I bought a new pickup in 1993 and never used the spare tire. In 2007 it went flat hanging under the box the entire time. It rotted through the sidewall was a 10 ply general.
