You can but most don’t. Red rice and resistance weeds can be a big issue. There are hundreds of acres within a small circle of me that red rice and resistant weeds from continuous rice have made unsuitable for rice production or only suitable for low yield proviso rice. Hard to make a profit growing 140 bpa proviso rice. Soybeans are the rotation crop of choice for most. Rice/soybeans/ corn is common in a few areas. A good portion of rice is grown on land that isn’t suitable for corn.
