NW Iowa | I got some starter rope designed for small engine starting at a small engine shop. It so far has held up to that kicking SOB GX 390 Honda on the power washer. It only kicks when started hot but it would rip the rope out of my hand until I put a scoop shovel handle on the rope. When it kicks for my strong strapping son he will pick the power washer off the floor while he is pulling the rope but so far the rope has held. I have had those 390’s kick back on an electric starter so it must be the nature of the beast. | |
