Subject: RE: Fodmap diet

Pittsburg, Kansas
I think more people are sensative to certain foods than realize it. They may suffer symptoms and just write them off as "getting older" or "I over did it" or some other reason and never associate the foods that are causing them problems with their symptoms.

A whole host of my health problems went away when I changed what I ate.

An elimination diet to find out what bothers a preson I think is a cheap way to potentially improve ones health. A person just has to do it in a smart and healthy way and do it long enough the symptoms have time to go away.
