South Central MN | They got rid of the diacetyl in a lot of flavoring stuff after they found out it trashed peoples lungs... The place I work at used to use it in stuff back before I started working there, they got rid of it pretty quickly when all the issues were found with it.
It would permanently swell up the small airways in the lungs and make it hard for them to exhale. Look up "bronchial obliterans" that is what it would cause. | |
