NW illinois | We try to keep our tractors around as long as we can. They range from the oldes being a 1960s 4020 to a 2006 steiger. But as far as combines go we have traded every year for the past two years. Our local dealer allowed us to trade our 1 year old 8010 for a new 8120 combine for only like 20000 dollars as long as it was under 300 hours. we managed to keep it under 300 hours so we traded. Its just hard to turn up that kind of a deal when you can trade for that low of a price. | |
