Lincoln County. NC		I'd buy a new heater pigtail and make sure you use a good quality extension cord of the proper gauge and no longer than necessary. Temperatures would have to get pretty severe where a timer that was 50-66% on and 50-33% off on a 3 hour cycle wouldn't work.
