What we found is if you stay back far enough from the stop sign or what ever, grab a gear or two before you enter the intersection.
This is the best way to do it.
Also, confidence while taking your test will show the tester you know what you are doing and you will pass just fine. Get out there and drive drive drive. You will learn the tricks of your truck and you will exude confidence the next time you test. Good luck...you got this!
