BENTON, MO | Sorry it took me so long to get back but my ISP went down.
Sounds like you are having problems with your internet on the laptop. Try hooking it up direct to the router with a cable instead of wirelessly. If its still slow the easiest thing to do would be to restore it to new with the restore cd that came with your computer. I have had to spend hours trying to find problems like this and sometimes the simplest fix is a restore. If it works fine directly wired let us know and we can help you with that. | |
