Pittsburg, Kansas		That is interesting. I was always concerned with zinc poisoning welding galvanized so was kind of concerned when some doctors were saying take zinc.

I do not take it regularly but do have some on hand and take it and C if I get the sniffles or start to come down with a cold. Worked so far.

Some say too much zinc can cause a copper deficiency so the zinc pills I have also have copper.
