Townsend, Montana | I used to get sick a lot. Started taking vitamin C (and D, mostly via sunshine though), echinacea, elderberry root, zinc, and oregano on a regular basis. If there is a bug going through the family now, I either don't get it, or I get mild symptoms for maybe an evening.
What started me on the supplement kick was welding. I do a fair bit of welding in the winter and noticed that when I was coming down with a cold, burning some 7018, and especially on galvanized steel (zinc), would make me fell much better and recuperate faster.
