Yes, that is correct, sorry for the confusion. It is a pull type attached to the three point quick hitch.

The three point semi-mounted planter I did have used to sway as well. Then I shimmed it tight. Some say to leave some play so you don't destroy what is in the ground, truvees for example. Others say keep it tight so it follows better and stays on the row, example, ridge-till. That planter pulled one direction sideways even with shims pulling it the other.
