Garland Maine | Lately we have been going without an afternoon nap in order to make bedtime more consistent. It doesn’t always work, but it’s something.
Our daughter will be 3 in February. She has always been occasionally nocturnal. Once we found her doing jigsaw puzzles at midnight trying to see the pieces by nightlight.
We have been using some bath salts with melatonin in the evenings, but I am not convinced it is a cure. Some nights she just doesn’t want to go to sleep. | |
