N.E. MT | Borrowing money is a useful tool. Do you have money borrowed at a very low fixed rate? 1.25% 3% whatever the number is. Depending on the situation you can usually make more with the money than what it costs you.
Are there improvements or equipment you can make/use that will make you more profitable.
In my mind being proficient, profitable and a good operator is more important than being debt free.
