Wife really liked ours in the beginning. Bought it mostly to fry fish but used it on some other things.

Now every time she uses it the smoke alarms in the house go off. It smokes excessively. She did some fatty hamburger in it one time and I wonder if that was not the problem that is still lingering.

So now she hardly uses it.

Any suggestions or tips? Phillips brand.
