Have the XL Fryer - works great ! We use it 3-4 times a week from frying chicken, stakes, frozen foods of all types. It's just plain fast and simple. think like a convection oven, but sized for simple meal cooking. Use less energy then an oven/burners. We are on our second one, broke the safety switch on the first one (not repairable).
