Southeast Colorado | I did read an article in Reader's Digest several months ago which basically questioned the "taking of artificial Vitamin D" compared to the natural acquisition of Vitamin D from sunlight. It claimed to not necessarily be proof of.............but laid out a pretty good story line showing where substituting the pill certainly didn't do what the sun can do. Sure seemed logical to me. This story was not Covid related by the way. | |
