At Ct35 less than 3% of the tests would grow active culture. In other words, 97% of the time it was not infectious.

Why are we using this test at all under current implementation? The creator of the test said it was never meant to be a diagnostic tool. It was a statistical lab tool. It is unsuited for the purpose it is being used.
