NE Miss | Take the breasts, deboned, and marinate them in a mix of worchestshire (can’t spell it) and soy sauce for a couple of hours. I actually use Hoover sauce, but good luck finding it. Cut the breasts into 3rds, against the grain. Wrap in bacon, usually with cream cheese and a slice of jalapeño. Grill to medium doneness.
The biggest mistake people make is over cooking duck. It will ruin it.
