You should read what the locals put on the local facebook groups. The bin lorry (refuse truck was speeding), they stop every hundred metres to load. Tractors speeding. A bus met a tractor on a narrow road, one mounted the footpath- speeding. someone ran some ducklings over- speeding. And so it goes on.
